Beer Vinegar

A new creation, it is a barricaded beer vinegar born from a blend of 4 of our beers: Stout, X pochi, IPA and Red. To the eye it is completely clear and amber-coloured. It has an average acidity of 5%, making it milder than wine vinegar, which usually exceeds 6%. It is matured in the casks used to make the wild shot range and bottled in very elegant 250ml bottles with a drip saver screw cap.
The acidity, as mentioned above, is milder than a classic wine vinegar, and at the same time this gives a wide spectrum of fruity and cereal sensations. Excellent with salads, but also with soft cheeses.
