Freeride is our first beer with a low alcohol content (only 1%). The beer undergoes normal fermentation using a yeast selected for not consuming maltose and, unlike all our other beers, requires pasteurisation. The style chosen for this beer is that of an IPA. It has a slightly cloudy straw yellow colour. It is characterised by a white, abundant head and a nose dominated by hints of pineapple. A light body with moderate bitterness completes the drinking experience.
