Description
10% ABV, 2% Acidity. Light hazy dark reddish-amber beer with no foam; sour aroma of prunes and Vin Jaune, fair and well-integrated woody notes; full-bodied, subtle carbonation, solidly sour; long aftertaste of red wine (Merlot) barrel, apples, prunes, some warming alcohol notes and a lingering sourness and fruity.
