New release from our “Wild Shot” series. The base beer is always our Barley, which is allowed to age and mature spontaneously, in this case in a special barrel known as Floral (with an acacia head and French oak staves). The wine that was previously in it was Gewurztraminer from Agriloro. After about one year of aging, we decided to add 25 kg of wild plums and let them infuse for another year.

The result is a complex beer, clear with mahogany hues. On the nose, there’s plum jam, and the oxidative notes give us ripe fruit. It has a soft, enveloping tannin. A beer for enthusiasts, with great complexity that can be enjoyed over the years. 10% ABV.
